Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Full amount of purchase is to be paid at the time of checkout for your order to be placed and processed. 

Shipping

Domestic - Orders will be shipped First Class USPS within 3-5 business days after the order is placed and paid. Faster shipping options are available, and can be found and selected during your checkout.

International - Orders will be shipped USPS First Class International within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed and paid for. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees assigned at customs. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail, and please allow up to several weeks for delivery if faster shipping options are not arranged during your checkout. 

Local pick-up may be arranged if you are in the Charleston, SC area. Please contact us for additional details and to make arrangements.

All shipments are insured and come with tracking. If any items are damaged during shipment of your order, any refunds and claims are to be filed with USPS, as they will be responsible for the damages.

Return and Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on providing the very best work with each piece of jewelry, as they are skillfully handmade to ensure quality craftsmanship. We guarantee the quality within our work and want nothing other than 100% satisfaction with each purchase; returns and exchanges vary with each case. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss your options and reasons for requesting a return or exchange, as we promise to work with you and figure the best solution out. Items must be in original packaging and condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
